The ticket you have purchased is only valid for the mentioned show date & time.

One ticket is only valid for the entry of one person to the concert.

Children under the age of 6 years are not permitted.

The organizers have the right to deny access to the concert if the ticket is not validated.

The organizers have the right to postpone, change the date or cancel the concert due to unavoidable circumstances. Thereafter the refund procedure will be announced as soon as possible.

It is your responsibility to protect your ticket. Replacements will not be given for a lost ticket so please store your tickets in a secured place.

There may be special circumstances where a ticket holder cannot attend the show. The organizers will review such circumstances on a case-by-case basis. However, this does not guarantee a refund after the ticket is issued.

As a general rule, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless conditions of above (5) apply.

Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue and organizers. Breach of any of these Rules and Regulations or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage shall entitle the organizers to eject you from the venue.
